kKia Ora  today i would like to show you my story In many ways they were so different. When they stood next to each other, the stark contrast between their appearances was plain for all to see.

Appearances, however, can be deceiving. They were the best of friends….

My story  

 The donkey  and the dog were very different in many ways but when  they were  little they  were good friends and the dog's owners were moving away.   So the donkey  was very sad that he was moving.  When the owner was getting the dog  they wouldn't move so they said  we can go without the dog  but the kids said no no no no! We are not going without the dog. Then the dog and the donkey  were fighting, then the donkey got  hurt because he fell on the ground and got cut from a little dranch. his owner  had to take him to the vet. He was ok but he had to stay there for 5 days so the dog was not happy. So the dog walked home and he was so sad that the donkey was  not there.

   

the donkey was  coming home! The dog was so  happy about that. So  the donkey owner got home before  they had to go get the donkey  from the vet, thank you for looking after my donkey  “ that will be  $100  please”  what! Are you a fake doctor...

flooding in Christchurch

WAL about  the  damage that the rain has done  over  the past few days  in Canterbury.

 

we have had big puddles and a lot of blocked gutters and drains in Christchurch over the last couple of days. 

 we have had to try to stay away from the surface flooding. This has been caused by some of the drain being blocked with leaves and the water can't drain away. 

 the flood has caused sewage and other pollution to overflow and now a lot of the water is contaminated. if you  come in contact with this polluted water you must shower  yourself and wash your clothes. 

some  schools have been damaged and had  to work in the hall. some of the power  cells have been flooded and damaged. there have been evacuation from some houses 

the rivers have broken their banks and there has also been strong gusts of wind.
